3.Exhibit fee

220,000yen per booth with system walls.
Basic booth space : 2.97m x 2.97m
*A corner booth will have only one side wall.

The above fee includes.:

  • Exhibitor guidebook listing
  • A booth No.board with a company name

The price above does not include any costs of displays, carpets, signs or lights. Please use the package booth option or exhibitors may obtain furnishings independently. A list of rental furnishings can be found in the exhibitor manual.

If you want to boost your brand exposure…
You can have your booth in WORLD area with the additional fee ￥30,000.

4.Payment

  • Your completed application form and company documents (see 2.) will reserve your booth space. Please wait your payment until you receive the confirmation and the invoice.We accept Bank Transfer only.
    *The exhibit fee in full must be paid by exhibitor. The payment deadline is February 3, 2012.
